Utah man to trial for murder for helping friend kill self
An 18-year-old Utah man was ordered this week to stand trial for allegedly helping his friend hang herself and recording the suicide on video.On Tuesday, 4th District Judge James Brady ruled that there was sufficient probable cause to charge Tyerell Pryzybycien with first-degree murder and desecration of a human body in the death of 16-year-old Jchandra Brown.
The judge wrote that had it not been for the defendant's actions, which included supplying his suicidal friend with a rope, driving her out to a remote location and tying the noose for her to hang herself, Brown would not have lost her life on May 6, 2017.
